Wow it has been awhile since there has been an update on here. Where to begin?
Jen's birthday was on January 21st. We went to the Magic Kingdom. It was a blast walking around, getting our pictures taken with numerous characters, watching the parade and enjoying our time together. Jen's favorite part was getting her picture taken with Stitch and Tinkerbell.
Shortly after returning home from Orlando, Jen ended up with a bad ear infection that caused her left ear to swell very badly. After going to the doctors, getting some medication, and lots of relaxation Jen is feeling much better.
Jen has six weeks left in her semester and after that will be receiving her Associate's Degree in Business Management. She is very excited about this and looking forward to what this can bring to her life. She will be taking sometime off to decide if she is going to go for her Bachelor's in Business Management or go into a different program. She is currently looking for a new job working with animals. If she can not get a job before getting her degree, she is going to be volunteering at the human society. She is hoping that working there will show her if she can work with animals and if she enjoys it. If she sees this as a passion, she will be going into a veterinarian technician program.
Rob recently went up to Jacksonville to visit both his mother and father. His father recently moved to Jacksonville for work and his mother was there for a conference or something for work. He had a good time going to the driving range with his dad and shopping with his mom.
Rob is looking forward to some upcoming events. His sister is coming the first week of March and will be going to Orlando with her to Universal Studios. He also will be getting a new television. He finally got the ok to junk out the broken one and now he is looking at new ones.

- Sometimes it can be difficult to keep in touch with everyone when living so far away. This is why Rob and Jen have decided to make a blog about their lives in Florida. Since moving down, they have not stayed in contact with friends and family the way they wish they should have. Now everyone can be up to date with their adventures and even comment about them. Enjoy!
How they met...
Rob and Jen both attended Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. The year was 2002. Jen was known to hang out with some friends in Oakland's student center where they would play a card game called Magic: The Gathering. Rob happened to pass them one day and noticed the game they were playing. Rob, who was no stranger to the game, brought along his deck one day and joined them in a few games. Rob and Jen started talking and from then on they were seen in the student center between classes. There was an imediate attraction between the two but it wasn't until 2003 that they officially started dating...
About Rob
Rob graduated from Lamphere High School in 2000. After graduation Rob attended school at Oakland Community College and later transferred to Oakland University. While working at the Coffee Beanery, Rob was given the opportunity to move down to Tampa, Florida to help start up a Coffee Beanery. Rob accepted, and in September 2003 he made the move. While down there he transferred to the University of South Florida majoring in Management Information Systems. Two years later he helped move Jen down to Florida. Rob is currently working with Best Buy Geek Squad as a Double Agent. In his spare time Rob enjoys playing video games, shooting hoops or playing tennis, playing his guitar, going to the movies and concerts and spending time with Jen.
About Jen
Jen graduated from Lakeview High School in 2001 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. After graduating, Jen attended Oakland University where she pursued a degree in Elementary Education. After attending for a couple a years, she decided school wasn't what her heart was telling her to do so she took sometime off to figure things out. She met Rob in college and when he moved to Tampa, Florida, she knew her heart followed with him. After a two year long distance relationship, Jen finally made the move to Florida. There she realized it was time to go back to school. This time she is taking online courses with Everest University for Business Management. In her spare time, Jen enjoys reading, playing video games, hanging with her friends, taking pictures, go to the movies and listen to music. When she can, she loves to travel and wants to go to Australia, a dream vacation of hers for as long as she can remember. She currently works with Best Buy Mobile and is always willing to help customers pick the perfect phone for their lifestyle.
Kunoichi and Pandora
Kunoichi and Pandora are the latest addition to Rob and Jen's household. They were adopted on Mother's Day 2008. Kunoichi (whose name means female ninja) is the youngest and is a bundle of energy. She loves playing fetch with her leash, chasing the laser light and checking out new things. Sometimes her curiousity gets the best of her. Pandora is more laid back and can be seen laying on either the couch or the chair. Her favorite spot is on the table in the corner where two of the sides are against windows. She enjoys having her belly scratched, laying on the couch with Rob and chasing the laser pen.
